I will be a junior at CU Boulder in the fall and am a psychology major. I have a 3.3 cumulative GPA and a 3.63 psychology GPA. I graduated from Lakewood High School with an International Baccalaureate diploma. I scored a 28 overall on the ACT and a 35 on reading comprehension.

Experience

I have volunteered my time to tutor kids while in high school. My main job was to help keep students organized and on top of their homework as well as help with any conceptual problems. I would love to be a tutor because I am a great communicator and am very patient. I love to learn and I love to help my fellow students.

I love to read, especially nonfiction. On any given week I can read up to two books. I have a wide range of knowledge in subjects like history, biology, genetics, psychology, neuroscience, literature and writing. I am a proficient writer and although I could tutor many subjects I am strongest in writing and reading comprehension, as demonstrated by my ACT score in this area. I love to stay active and enjoy snowboarding and lifting weights.
